Spa Terms & Conditions

It is my choice to receive spa therapies. I have completed the requested forms to the best of my knowledge. I have stated all medical conditions that I am aware of and I will update Merle Norman Cosmetics Salon & Spa of any changes to my health status. I understand that Cosmetologists, Estheticians and Massage Therapists do not diagnose illness, disease, or physical or mental disorders, nor do they prescribe medical treatments, pharmaceuticals, or perform spinal manipulations. I acknowledge that these treatments are not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis, and that it is recommended I see a primary health care provider for that service.

I understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive behavior, remarks or advances made by me will result in the immediate termination of the session and I will be liable for payment of the entire scheduled service. Severe cases will result in prosecution by law.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Read Carefully!)
If I am unable to keep my scheduled appointment, I agree to cancel or reschedule the appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance either online or by phone. If I miss a scheduled appointment without giving 24 hour notice, I agree that I will forfeit any special pricing or deals and will be required to pay the missed appointment fee of $25 per SERVICE. Appointments are classified as "No-Show" 15 mins after appointment time.

We are committed to bringing you the very best quality and service. If you are not satisfied with a Merle Norman product purchased at this studio, simply return the product within 30 days. We will be glad to offer you an exchange or refund, if accompanied by the original receipt.
